Fix Adaptor rail to the bottom side of garage door using either button head self tapper screws or secure with pop rivets.

GARAGE DOOR WEATHER SEAL

  1. Access one side of the roller door bottom rail to allow the old seal to be removed. This may involve loosening one door guide only. Work at a comfortable height with the door open to chest level.
  2. Slide the old seal from the bottom rail.
  3. Slide the new weather seal into the rail (hint: lubricate the bottom rail with soapy water for easier sliding).
  4. Tighten the door guide as required.

GARAGE DOOR FLOOR SEAL

  1. Place the Garage Door Floor Seal with the thin end facing outside, under your garage door weather seal as shown on the front picture. (hint: you may have to raise the garage door slightly).
  2. Once in correct position, mark the outline with a pencil or marker.
  3. Ensuring concrete surface is clean and free of loose materials, use a suitable adhesiveon the concrete surface (hint: use a liquid nails type product).
  4. Place the Floor seal on the adhesive and set in place following the adhesive instructions.
  5. Allow curing time of 24hrs before driving vehicle over the floor seal.
